1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Six6s APK – whether through the website at six6sapk.win, the downloadable Android APK app or any associated service – you enter into a legally binding agreement with Six6s APK. These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any applicable promotion-specific rules, form the complete agreement between you and the platform.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not register an account or continue using the platform. Continued use of Six6s APK after any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically, especially before taking advantage of any new promotions.

These Terms are written in English and apply to all players regardless of the device or connection method used to access the platform. Where any translated version exists for convenience, the English version takes precedence in the event of any inconsistency.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on Six6s APK you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Six6s APK is strictly an adults-only platform and we do not permit underage gambling under any circumstances.
• You must be registering as an individual and acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of any other person or organisation.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement or platform-imposed restriction that would prohibit you from accessing gaming services.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful personal information during registration including your real name, date of birth, valid mobile number and a payment method registered in your own name.
• You must not already have an active or previously suspended Six6s APK account. Only one account per person is permitted.

Six6s APK reserves the right to carry out identity verification checks at any stage, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal or when unusual account activity is detected. You agree to cooperate fully with these checks and to provide any documentation requested within a reasonable timeframe. Failure to complete verification may result in account suspension or cancellation of pending withdrawals.

By registering you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are aware that providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any outstanding balance.

3 Account Rules

Each player is permitted to hold one account only. If we detect multiple accounts linked to the same person by any means – including matching name, CNIC, mobile number, device fingerprint, IP address or payment details – all secondary accounts will be closed and any balance held in those accounts may be voided.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account. This includes bets placed, bonuses claimed, deposits made and any changes to account settings. You must not share your login credentials, PIN or session link with any other person.

• Keep your password strong and unique to Six6s APK.
• Enable biometric lock on the Six6s APK app where your device supports it.
• Log out of shared or public devices immediately after use.
• Contact support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Six6s APK will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your login details. You must keep your registered mobile number and email address up to date so that security alerts and verification codes reach you promptly.

4 Deposits & Payments

Six6s APK processes all financial transactions in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support the following deposit methods for players in Pakistan:

• JazzCash – mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Easypaisa – mobile wallet deposits processed in real time.
• Raast – instant bank-to-bank transfer via Pakistan's national payment system.
• Bank Transfer – supporting all major Pakistani banks including HBL, UBL, MCB, Meezan, Bank Alfalah and others.
• Debit and Credit Cards – Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.
• Mobile Wallets – other supported PKR wallet services as listed in the Deposit section of the platform.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits – where the payment source belongs to a different person – are not permitted and will be reversed. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the Deposit section of the app and may vary by payment method.

Six6s APK does not charge any platform-side deposit fee. However, your mobile network operator or bank may apply their own standard transaction charges which are outside our control. Deposits that fail due to insufficient funds, expired card details or blocked transactions by your bank are not the responsibility of Six6s APK.

Funds deposited into your Six6s APK account are held in your player balance and are available immediately for use in sports betting, casino games, bingo and all other platform services. Deposited funds do not earn interest.

5 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money PKR balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• The withdrawal must be sent to a payment account registered in your own name matching your Six6s APK registration details.
• Any active wagering requirements attached to a bonus must be completed before bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed in the Withdrawal section and may vary by method.
• Withdrawals via JazzCash and Easypaisa typically process within five minutes during normal operating hours. Raast transfers are near-instant. Bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on your bank.

Six6s APK does not charge any platform-side withdrawal fee. The amount you request is the amount dispatched to your nominated account. Your bank or mobile wallet provider may deduct their own standard transfer fee which is not within our control.

Six6s APK reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where account activity triggers our standard security review. This is to protect players from fraud and to maintain payment integrity across the platform. Withdrawals will not be delayed beyond a reasonable period once all requested documentation has been provided.

If a withdrawal is declined due to mismatched account details, the funds will be returned to your Six6s APK player balance and you will be asked to update your payment information before resubmitting the request.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

Six6s APK offers welcome bonuses, deposit match promotions, free bets, PSL season specials and other incentives to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to the following general rules in addition to any promotion-specific terms stated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and are separate from your real-money PKR balance until the stated wagering requirement has been met.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered on eligible games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.
• Minimum odds thresholds may apply to sports betting wagers that count towards wagering requirements. Bets placed at odds below the stated minimum will not contribute to wagering progress.
• Bonus funds expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the stated period, typically 7 or 30 days depending on the promotion.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses will have all accounts closed and all funds forfeited.
• Six6s APK reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled mid-way, any wagering already completed will be reviewed fairly on a case-by-case basis.

If you have an active bonus balance and wish to make a withdrawal before completing the wagering requirement, the outstanding bonus and any winnings derived from it will be removed from your account. Your real-money deposit balance, less any amounts used in wagering, will remain withdrawable. Always check the current terms of any active bonus before requesting a withdrawal.

7 Sports Betting Rules

All sports bets placed on Six6s APK – including cricket, PSL, T20 international, Football and Esports markets – are subject to the following core rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• All cricket and PSL markets are settled based on the official result published by the relevant cricket board (PCB, ICC or the applicable governing body). In the event of a discrepancy between our platform result and the official source, the official result governs.
• If a match is abandoned or rained off before the minimum number of overs required for a valid result (as specified by the governing body), bets will be voided and your stake returned to your balance.
• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, bets will stand. If rescheduled beyond 48 hours, bets will be voided.
• Live in-play bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of placement. Six6s APK is not responsible for connectivity issues that cause a delay between a bet being placed and confirmed during live markets.
• Maximum bet limits apply to individual markets and are displayed at the time of bet placement. Six6s APK reserves the right to limit individual player bet sizes where patterns of unusual activity are detected.
• Any bet placed on an event that has already been decided, or where the outcome was known at the time of placement due to a technical error in our odds feed, will be voided regardless of the stated result.

Detailed rules for specific sports, bet types and markets are maintained in the Bet section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between sport-specific rules and these general Terms, the sport-specific rules apply to that market.

8 Casino & Game Rules

Casino games, slots, live tables, bingo and fish games on Six6s APK are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or live dealer streams provided by our game suppliers. The following rules apply across all game categories:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live dealer actions. Six6s APK does not manipulate game outcomes and has no ability to do so within the certified game environment.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, the game will resume from the last confirmed game state when you reconnect. Bets placed before a disconnection are settled based on the outcome reached by the game engine, not the outcome at the point of disconnection.
• Malfunction voids all pays and play. If a technical fault affects a game round, Six6s APK will void that round and return your stake. This decision is final.
• Minimum and maximum bet sizes for each game are displayed within the game interface. These limits may vary between games and between standard and VIP tables.
• Fish games have specific in-game mechanics governed by the game provider's own rules. Refer to in-game information for details on multipliers, special targets and jackpot mechanics.
• Bingo rooms operate on scheduled draw times. Tickets purchased for a bingo round are non-refundable once the draw has commenced.

Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all certified games are available within the game information panel. These figures represent long-term averages across millions of game rounds and do not guarantee any particular outcome in a single session.

9 Responsible Gaming

Six6s APK is committed to providing a safe and controlled gaming environment. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly PKR deposit caps directly from your account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Enable notifications that alert you after a set duration of continuous platform use.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or indefinite account suspension. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed early.
• Reality Checks: In-app prompts that display your session duration and net win/loss position at regular intervals.

10 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on Six6s APK. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and permanent ban from the platform:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to register on your behalf.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets, spin games or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or technical glitches to generate winnings. Any winnings generated through exploitation of platform errors will be voided.
• Attempting to launder funds through the platform by depositing and withdrawing without genuine gaming activity.
• Colluding with other players in live games or coordinating bets with others to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or fellow players.
• Providing false or fraudulent identity documents during verification.
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy or IP-masking tools in a manner that misrepresents your location or identity.
• Making chargebacks on deposits without first contacting Six6s APK support to resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks will result in account termination and recovery action for any outstanding funds.

Six6s APK monitors all account activity continuously. Where prohibited conduct is suspected, the platform may freeze an account pending investigation without prior notice. Players under investigation will be contacted via their registered contact details and given a fair opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on Six6s APK – including but not limited to the platform design, logo, game graphics, odds data, promotional materials, written content and software – is the intellectual property of Six6s APK or its licensed suppliers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any platform content without express written permission.

Game content provided by third-party suppliers is subject to those suppliers' own intellectual property terms in addition to ours. The Six6s APK name, logo and branding may not be used in any external communication, social media post or marketing material without prior written consent from the platform.

12 Limitation of Liability

Six6s APK provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we work hard to ensure continuous availability, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access at all times. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected technical issues or third-party payment provider outages may temporarily affect platform availability.

• Six6s APK is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime during live betting events, provided reasonable notice of scheduled maintenance was given.
• We are not responsible for losses resulting from a player's own failure to secure their account credentials.
• We are not liable for delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers including JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast or any banking institution.
• Our total liability to any individual player in connection with a specific bet or game round shall not exceed the original stake placed on that round.

Nothing in these Terms limits Six6s APK's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct or any matter that cannot be excluded by applicable law. If you believe you have been treated unfairly by a platform decision, please contact support first. We are committed to resolving genuine disputes fairly and promptly.

13 Privacy & Data

Six6s APK collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By registering an account you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Your data is used to manage your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with our internal anti-fraud procedures and communicate with you about your account and our promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Payment data is handled by PCI-DSS compliant payment processors and is never stored on Six6s APK servers in unencrypted form.

You have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you and to request correction of any inaccurate information. Please contact our support team at the email address listed in Section 15 to make such a request.

14 Changes to These Terms

Six6s APK may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we make significant changes, we will notify registered players via in-app notification and by displaying a prominent notice on the platform for a minimum of seven days before the changes take effect.

Minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect player rights may be updated without prior notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page always reflects the date of the most recent revision. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of Six6s APK after any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with updated Terms you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting our support team.
